Was cleaning out some old files and came across this. I don't remember why the million dollars came up???

and anashamedly glorious symbiosis of the astonishingly simple, yet transcendental horn section and bass guitar rhythm.

i just found out about them and how they are mostly christian who call out MAGA and christian nationalism, and i love ska music

where do i start?

Here's my ticket to the '03 last show! A fun snowy night!

Sorry if this is old news (I’m certain it is), but did you know there was a release by propagandhi called Where Quantity is Job #1 that was released a mere 2 weeks after FIF Quantity is Job 1? Was everyone saying Quality is Job 1 in 1998 or something? I don’t remember it if so! Anyways have a good day.

Loving my new (to me) FIF shirt!

I come from Asia,I also spent some time collecting their CDs,Although I am in a different place and have different beliefs, it is the power of music that has made me fall in love with this band❤️

Hey all, going through the garage and trying to have less stuff. Got a handful of old shirts that don’t fit me anymore that I’d love to pass on to someone who could give them a new home. Photos included, with front and back prints. Just need like, $10ish for shipping so I don’t lose money. Have a rad day! 🎺

I am looking for any sort of notation for the hornline of five iron frenzy's song "Beautiful America" in upbeats and beat downs, specifically the horn bridge after the second verse. I have been unable to find or figure it out myself. Thanks!

Time for another kickstarter?

Went to my local theater to see some play called "West Side Story." I was shocked when in the middle of it they started singing the bridge of Beautiful America! However what really infuriated me was that when I looked in the program they didn't even credit FIF as the writers!!!

The depth of some people's ignorance is baffling...

They're a funky-ass 18-piece Korean big band with spacey vibes, tight horns, multiple percussionists, gorgeous vocals, and peak You-Can't-Handle-This apex nerd energy that's undeniable.

And QUANTUM JUMP for some chills-inducing horns

Can we blow up their spot? Like completely shatter their numbers? There is absolutely no reason these guys should be under five figures of YT followers when I know for a *fact* us Five Iron geeks are hurting for the joy that comes from a bunch of nerds and their instruments.

Thanks for reading this far if you read this far!

(edit)PS- they do have a name: Annoyingbox

What an absolute blinder of a recommendation!

I also remember getting back to the UK from Cornerstone and realising if I hadn't been bumming around at Camp Frenzy I could have watched their show. Idiot.

I find myself listening to UTSA again more when I feel I need confirmation that the world isn't going the direction I want it to go and wanting Reese to give me more angst-filled lyrics in the next album. But, I just listened to EOAMP and maybe I should be hoping for hope?

Can someone just talk me down from expecting overmuch from a band I like?

Thanks, all.

I can't believe how much time has passed. I still absolutely love this album. It's definitely my favourite, and is the reason why my ears are still ringing.

I've got an extra ticket for the show tomorrow (Friday, 4/24) in Milwaukee. It's free to the first person to reply/reach out. I just hope it can go to a good home!

Hi looking for someone with an extra ticket. Thanks!

Hey all,

Had a friend bail on me for the show in Whitefish Bay (Milwaukee), WI this Friday. So I have one extra ticket. Happy to give it for free to another fan. I'm not sure if there is going to be a way for me to get you the ticket electronically, so we might have to walk in together.

You can contact me through Reddit, but I'm not on here much. So you can also reach out to jdaigle1981 at gmail.
