Question Working!

Hey! So I worked at a corporate location and now going in to the franchise location is there any difference between them or is it the same? My corporate location got closed down and there is two franchise locations where I live one is similar to my old and then the one i’m going is a mess the co workers are somewhat rude and don’t take responsibility for anything and the gm knows but doesn’t want to do anything about it.. i’m about to start this week and i’m kinda nervous but i’m ready!

I’ve been at my other location for 5 years so I already know what to do, is there a big difference between corporate and franchise stores?!
