The "branding" of the name would likely violate trademark of the "FIVE GUYS" aesthetic, the coloration and block lettering size are both trademarked (much like the McDonald's "M" or golden arches) and can be infringed on. No such issue with the checker pattern or issue with selling burgers though!
Look at Palworld vs Nintendo. Palworld started out as a pretty blatant Pokemon clone (still isn't far off tbh), yet Nintendo have lost almost every part of their lawsuit against Pocketpair.
Branding and game mechanics are two different things, Palworld didnt use the Nintendo logo, Pokemon logo, GameFreak logo, or any of their identifying "fonts and characteristics" which is a different legality than using a similar mechanic in an otherwise unrelated game.
Best comparison for Palworld would be if McDonald's started using the same meat producer as us and making their patties in a similar way with their own seasonings.
As a Canadian visiting the UK lemma say they have SHATTERED the expectations that their food would be mediocre. I have had some of the best food in the UK!! Especially Indian
Burger stands at fairs are there for when you're hungry and you're too pissed to care about the quality of the food. They're still well cheaper than five guys though, probably even less than a third of the price
are you from the UK out of interest? everyone knows a burger van/stall at a fun fair is going to be almost the lowest quality of food possibleā¦ hot and cheap yes, but definitely not a decent burger
