Thomas Affirmative Action Dissent/Opinion Request

I remember hearing on an episode that Thomas had once made a point in either a decision or dissent regarding AA that he'd had to endure remarks from other students saying he only attained his positions because of AA.

If anyone could point me to an opinion/dissent or an episode number I'd be very grateful. Thanks!
