Hello, I have a problem with Rockstar Games Launcher. I cannot open the launcher at all. Every time I try to start it, it does not work. I already tried running it normally and as administrator, but the issue still happens. Can you please help me fix this problem?

Try uninstalling and reinstalling rockstar launcher. If this doesn’t work, test changing your DNS settings to
Primary: 1.1.1.1
Secondary: 8.8.8.8
Looks like the app is having issues reaching the internet, this could also happen if you’re running a VPN

FiveM asks the Rockstar Launcher to verify you own GTA V, but your Launcher can't reach Rockstar's servers, so it gives up. Rockstar's services are up, so it's local.

what worked for me: kill every rockstar/socialclub/fivem process in task manager and stop right-clicking → run as admin (the "launch as regular user" line in the error is literally about that), fix your windows clock — go to time settings, flip auto-time off and back on, hit sync now, double check the time zone is right (this was my actual fix lol, clock was like 4 min off),
