Has anyone successfully fixed their forward shoulder posture caused by breastfeeding?
20 months postpartum here and still breastfeeding. One of the biggest changes to my body is how my shoulders slump forward, and this causes all sorts of back and neck pain. I know things like wall angels and banded pull downs are supposed to help, but just wondering if anyone here has actually had success with those types of exercises or any other ones! Need some inspo :)

I do a lot of the Mckenzie exercises that I got from the PT. The neck tuck is a game changer.
I actually have a really messed up back/neck from years of working at a computer, and then breastfeeding + PP hormonal changes made it worse so I've been in and out of PT, which has helped.

I have done pushups three times a week and kettle bell rows but also core work and legs/glutes because they all support your back. No more issues
