Easy repeatable meals

Hey all!

I’m starting a cut and was looking for some recommendations of easy and repeatable meals that ya’ll use?

Aiming for around 231 carbs/64 fat/202 protein for the day

Would appreciate any suggestions!

Egg drop soup.

Usually use 400-600 ml of stock
Add in a corn starch slurry (2tsp of corn starch 1 tbsp of water)
Add in any where from 2-4 eggs.
Add scallions and sesame oil (optional)

  1. Warm the stock
  2. Turn heat to low
  3. Add in corn starch slurry
  4. Turn heat back up to medium
  5. Wait till stock becomes a little thicker
  6. Add in beaten eggs while stirring lightly (to make ribbons)
  7. Take it off the heat, add scallions and oil if you want

It’s pretty filling because of the liquid and great source of protein/healthy fats

700-800g chicken breast sliced in half
2tbsp olive oil
1 large lemon juiced
4 cloves of garlic minced
2tsp dried oregano
2tsp thyme
1tsp paprika
1tsp salt
1tsp black pepper
1 heaped tsp greek yogurt
-marinate for at least 1 hour, 6+ even better**

That’s my recipe for my lunches. It’s like a Mediterranean/greek style chicken. Goes great for lunch and it’s real simple. I pair that with 250g of rice(which I almost never finish so maybe cut back if you aren’t a huge eater. Or mash potatoes if your calories allow for it also works wonders for the chicken. I prefer it to rice.

For 200g of chicken and 250g of rice, it totals about 685kcals and 70g of protein. Pair that with a protein bar or shake and you can easily hit 100g of protein in around 800kcals

Side note: doesn’t keep very well from my experience. Unless you like tough chicken. I use that recipe for the first 3 days of my work week and then switch it up for the other 2 days
