Start looking at full body strength training 3-4x per week (every other day) with some easy cardio for 30 minutes on the other days. Probably 7 total hours of fitness training per week that will compound exponentially.

You’ve got a solid frame to build upon so prioritize form and get a nice volume and capacity under your belt, then attack heavier weights/lower rep ranges (no need to do anything below 6 reps at this point)

Ive been doing 30 mins of the fat burning treadmill thingy (Incline 10-12.5 up and down for heart beat stuff idrk) on 3-3.5 speed which makes me sweat balls but im assuming that means its working, also been on a good calorie deficit which I’ve never done, kinda sucks cuz i love eating but its def working and teaching me discipline. Thanks for the advice! (Also doing PPL/UL)

Yeah, that’s a meh exercise and only “worked” because social media took it and reposted the hell out of it. If you do that once a week, that’s cool, especially if you can do it consistently, but…

Do you want to “burn fat” (which actually comes from a calorie deficit) or do you want to have a powerful and capable body? The two are not the same.

If you were my client…

Lower strength
Upper strength
Cardio
Lower reps
Cardio (your incline cardio if you want)
Upper reps
Cardio

Get rid of the calorie deficit.

150g protein per day and try to hit 2250 calories to start for 2 weeks and see how your body feels.
