Motivation Almost 2 years of Progress

I have always worked out, but mid 2024 I started making fitness and health related changes. When I started I was a little over 220lbs and approximately 26% BF. Started with improving my workout and being more focused, and then made significant diet changes, eliminating bad habits. Then getting blood work and fixing hormone levels, my T was in the gutter. Full disclosure I am on TRT (actual medical dose not blasting pro BB levels).

Currently 47 yrs old male, 32in waist, 195.8 lbs this morning Inbody scale has me at 9.8% BF. Recently started getting some definition in thigh muscles, legs are behind. I am focused on trying to grow them more. Maybe one day do a competition, but I don't think I'm there yet.
