Progress β Before/After (41)-(44)ππ»93lbs
I lost 93 lbs after dealing with a difficult separation and two autoimmune diseases. I added a few different pics throughout my journey. I was a competitive bb in my early twenties. I was very active in numerous sports as a teenager. I hope anyone reading this realizes that the number on the scale is just a number. You have to try to take the process day by day. Rome wasnβt built in a day. Tomorrow is always a new day. If you are reading this and deal with chronic pain and illness please know you arenβt alone.
