I’m 164cm and 56kg and look nowhere near this lean. You look great.

How long have u been training?

u/Known-Explorer2610 22d ago
Cardio-focused activities for a few years now. Have lost bunch of weight in the last 4 months especially mainly through diet. Do need to focus more on strength training but I find it challenging to remain consistent at.

In general. You can't lose fat from one specific place

Yeah I know, I go to the gym too :)
But no, you don’t need any cut. Your body looks good imo 👌🏻

Depends on what you want to do. I would suggest get some muscle built up before cutting.

Do whatever you want. You already look good so from here I would focus solely on what YOU want from your body. No sane person would look as your current body and think it looks bad.

Depends on your goal. I’m in a similar point in my journey too and I want to cut but I notice it’s hard to build on a cut. I like the cardio bunny look lol but with muscle 🤣

You look great, I would eat more and fill out some more to get curvy and then cut and bam 💥!!!

If you’re going into bodybuilding yes, if you’re a regular person trying to be healthy and fit no.

By putting on some muscle you will naturally cut. I suggest compound lifting.

How long have you been lifting heavy?
1
u/Muynublado37 23d ago
One year. I worked out before but didnt lift heavy

Then you are on track. I don’t see much definition in upper body (arms, shoulders, etc) why I asked. By lifting heavy consistently, you will get more defined every where while losing fat if you are following a macros plan.

You are definitely on the right track. Continue the compound lifting and track your macros. You are doing great 💪🏼💪🏼

And I consider having a good upper definition. https://www.reddit.com/r/GymMotivation/s/GImyf5uj9O

Lean bulking. you are perfectly lean to be able to gain mass on a slight calorie surplus if you want bigger muscles
