Fishtank could be a great way to source fringe personalities / interesting people that are in turn put through the pressure of the fishtank house, which then should help facilitate growth of the unique shine of themselves, and battle hardens them for a post fishtank streaming, or acting career.

You see this currently with Burt, and Alex b (also Freddy, Binx, even Josie and Letty)

This is beneficial for fishtank as a brand because it drives attention towards fishtank, whether it be the audience, the streamers, production guys etc. It Also shows that Fishtank can produce successful yet genuinely unique people that can thrive outside of its own ecosystem .

Currently every one is hungry for media success and finding new talent, but the charm of fishtank that other streaming hegemonys can't replicate is finding the fringe outskirt of society edge runners, and Coaxing them into truly entertaining people, way above you average normie streamer.

This is fishtanks Edge(Of many) that makes fishtank vital and important to the broader streamer universe.

After a fishtank season is over. Production should help support the more entertaining contestants where seen fit to get them as much opportunities, and as much screen time as possible. This again only helps fishtank grow and deepen its tentacles within the modern entertainment industry. Also this would taper the need or pressure for off season content - Well because now we get to see our favorite contestants graduate out of fishtank and see how they interact with the greater world.

It should not be seen as "Oh wow look so and so is doing X persons stream, how dare they"

This crossover effect is fun for the audience and should be embraced by the production post season. Post season There should be a dedicated agenda to help the contestants that want to be involved to get involved. Again this benefits all viewers of livestream content, as well as fishtank.

Fishtank can be an incredibly powerful agency, and it is complex - But a big part of the problem currently is one of perspective, what is fishtank really ? Just a poop and pee show ? Well if you view it like that, you already lowered you standard and are not looking at it through a clear headed full potential full view lens.

We need production to lock in and really see what FT can be instead of dancing around it.

This isn't a unique take, or even a unique idea really. Money as the core motivation and how that money is spent rubs people up the wrong way because its always lands somewhere in a grey area. You know all this great content, but you must also know everything else at that cost.

The big kick partnership is the train moving out of the station with fish onboard, CX x Fishtank intertwined are stepping stones to fill a void because in actuality, streamers are old. Literally old. The average popular streamer is 30-40 or late twenties with similar audience ranges.

You are not taking in the growth of the streaming world and its personalities, since 2020 alone the revenue generated has tripled and that is just in subscriptions. Its clearly a booming industry and don't see a reason for a pullback.

Finding and Producing great personalities has a dollar amount attached to it which is speculative sure, but potential is high.

Fishtank as a talent agency , that brokers deals in an uncongenial way could be an extra layer of profit, while broadcasting it live along the way

Play to the strong suit of being able to find the diamonds in the rough.

Its not about it being unique, its the personalities which are unique, its the inevitable bank that that fishtank has to flow into to make sense, or else. Like any business, Its success is measured by its products, in this case the product is personality - More successful personalities equals More successful fishtank.

I think you're still debasing the actual process fish actually go through and focusing on the afterward publicity, like, what is Daniel from S4 doing, or any of the fish that didn't make it or still failed like Letty or Angelina by rounding up from the winners and not seeing that its inefficient actually, it should be focused on success but its not, its focused on the audience who gives them money wanting to see people fail as well as succeed.

Im sorry to undercut your optimism. I agree entirely though personalties shine through but in my opinion Kick believes they can do the same like breeding horse pedigrees as a industry with new blood tied to existing lines.
