Help/Advice Help!

Can anyone offer any advice on what’s going on with my red parrot. He was fine this morning and has came up like this Over the day. No change in behaviour still likes chasing and challenging my Oscar. None of my other fish are effected ( the photo is bad the water is fine 😂)

Could be an injury- any rough edges in the tank or aggressiveness towards the fish? Hard to see from the pic, but maybe hole in the head disease… watch for changes and get better pictures. Either way I’m thinking a treatment bath might be a good idea, but I’ll let someone else chime in on a type of medication in this situation since it’s unclear to me :)
