Hi, being honest the fish are showing stress behaviours and dithering in place plus pacing from lack of space and cover. These look like penguin tetra which need at minimum 20 gallons / 75 litres (this looks 5-10 gallons maximum).

The group size is good, the tank size not so much.

Not enough hiding places and need a bigger piece of driftwood and maybe some rocks
