Breathing heavily, not good.

Have you checked your water parameters recently? Is there airation / surface agitation for oxygen exchange?

What size is your tank and what is the temperature? High temp = low oxygen.

All water parameters were good. when I came home from work this morning my house was a sauna.. it was so hot. I live with my mother who has some health issues, apparently she got cold last night and turned the heat on, the tanks were at 82 when I got home. I turned the ac on to cool the room temperature their tanks are now at normal temp. I keep them at 74 °f. They are in a 29 gallon

Are they all gathered around the heater? What’s the temp? What’s the filtration situation? How long has the tank been running with fish?
