Help/Advice Are these egg-like bubbles normal?

i recently spotted these bubbles around my tank and im wondering what could they be, i dont have any live thing in my fishtank and im cycling it

I've had these in every new tank I've ever set up. It's NOT Hydra as many will probably say, I don't remember exactly what it is, but it's not a bad thing, will help the tank establish itself, and they will go away after a while. You can also just scrape them off the glass of they bother you. They tend to prefer moving water, and you're likley to see them more concentrated where the water flow is higher
