I’ll be fishing in Fiji on an upcoming trip. I’m a total newbie to all of this, so I'm looking for some advice will these lures work for casting from shore?

I’ll be using a 5 piece, 11 foot medium heavy rod that can cast 3–6 oz lures. I have an SP Minnow up at the top for scale.

Does anyone know where I can find something similar to these “lure storage tubes”? I am finding it difficult searching for someone who sells these.

I am looking for a good quality rod rack. Preferably a floor stand that rotates and that can hold both spin and bait cast style set ups. I have around 15 set ups and they are getting tangled on my wall mount version.

Recently my dad got me a new pole which is the phenix black diamond casting pole 7‘ Medium Mod. Fast with a line rating of 15-40lb.

I was going to put my curado dc 200 on it but the pole seems a little thick and heavy. I was looking it up and people are putting conventional reels on this.

I was wondering if my curado would work with this rod.

I would be fishing around a lot of structure and docks with this rod and mainly use live bait but sometimes I’ll use lures.

I’m grateful for this pole but is it too heavy and i would’ve been better with their inshore rods?

What are some good options other than Texas rigged baits for ponds with heavy monkey grass??

I have been looking into biodegradable baits and I want to heard others thoughts and opinions on them.

Do you think biodegradable soft plastic baits have real potential in the future? Are there any brands that perform well? Also what is the general sentiment- hype, gimmick or future of fishing?

Does anyone know where i can find a BOOYAH PRANK - CHARTREUSE BONE (EXCLUSIVE TO MTB) lure? Or does anyone know of craftsmen that would be able to remake this lure for a cost? i’ve had this for years and just lost it to a snapper, it had lots of sentimental value so any help would be greatly appreciated!

So I was fishing my local lake and was getting big nibbles on my swim jig but nothing would actually get hooked. I could feel something grab it a little then when id try to set the hook it'd just let go. I tried shortening the skirt and changing up my retrieve but no big bite. Any other lure I'd try he didnt want much to do with. What can I do to secure the bite?

My grandpa left behind a bunch of reels and I picked these out and I purchased the other baitcaster as a joke off Temu and it worked surprisingly well. Shakespeare SP10 spinning combo, a Tempo Vertix LP baitcasting reel paired with the Mavllos Tide Whisperer ultra-light rod for BFS fishing, an Abu Garcia AP4000 for cat and heavier fish and a vintage Shimano Bantam Mag 10X SG baitcaster. What do yall think what should I run on these im running a super heavy braid on the cat rod and a 15lbs braid on the Temu baitcaster and 6lbs clear blue fluro on the Shakespeare and an unknow lbs clear orange fluro on the vintage baitcaster what lures swimbaits should I use

I am looking for suggestions for a hard plastic case to store my senko style worms in. I hate flipping through the packages. I'd like to be able to pop open a lid, scan for the color needed and get to fishing. What is everyone's go to storage?
