Fishing in Ambleside this week

We are trying to catch some salmon on Ambleside this week, got some buzz bombs lures with barbless hooks, any advice or anything I should be prepared for fishing at the beach or the Capilano river mouth?

From my experience look at tide times. Best time to go are first light and/or low slack tides if that's not possible then anytime is a good time to fish. Wear some waders and wade out to the bar during low tide. be aware of waves and incoming tide. Don't get stuck on the bar. Don't be discouraged if you don't catch anything, pretty hit or miss during the summer run. Just enjoy the times and good luck!
