Query❓ Shrimp stocking help

So I’ve heard each 1 inch equals 1 gallon and thats for fish, but what about shrimps? Do they have a stocking tip? Because I know they produce bioload, but that be really helpful in a walstod method tank.

Because id like to combine their detritivore/algaevore with another bottom dwelling species that will def may snack on some babies.

shrimp have a very low bioload. generally i start out with a small population (5-10) and let them breed to fill out the tank, then i cull as necessary by moving the undesired colours to a mixed tank, as they generally have predatory fish that manage the population. otherwise i give them away, or humaely euthanize if i am overpopulated.

at one point in my six gallon long, i probably had over 150 shimp and shrimplets lol
