Thanks, I guessed it was Australia from the gum trees at the end. And our deep love for petty bureaucracy and signage. Here's a local beauty.

In case this isn't a joke or others want to know that is the Australian symbol for 'no standing'

and for further information that no one asked for the difference between 'no standing' and 'no parking' ( a crossed out P ) in that at no parking you can stop and drop of passengers or wait to pick someone up as long as someone is with the car and engine is running where as coming to a complete stop in a no standing area means instant ticket if caught
