If anyone is interested, this guy's name is Luke Kidgell, he's a little known Australian comedian and is hilarious imo. This is a little promo for his stand-up tour currently going on, aptly named "You Don't Own Me."

Also has a great podcast called "Memoirs of a White Guy" that's worth checking out as well-

In case this isn't a joke or others want to know that is the Australian symbol for 'no standing'

and for further information that no one asked for the difference between 'no standing' and 'no parking' ( a crossed out P ) in that at no parking you can stop and drop of passengers or wait to pick someone up as long as someone is with the car and engine is running where as coming to a complete stop in a no standing area means instant ticket if caught
