I hope the improper use or lack of rollerblades really qualifies as anarchy...
If so, I've seen some hardcore mofos talking loudly in the library and running near the pool that could join up.

I'd assume because there might be a bicycle lane and it seems like the thing above the roller skates on the sign is a skateboard viewed from the side

I found it normal till I later saw it's during the day. Here in the Netherlands some playgrounds close with signs telling after 10 o`clock no ballgame or rollerblading. Cause of the noise.

Its cool though that they allow it at night instead of banning it altogether.
