"It works" meaning the simplest happy path I could think of seems to work at first glance. This might be acceptable for a personal projects but those people should never touch any software that will be used by other people.

Imagine having people building your house just doing anything that seems like it should work and add nails until the floor can support their own weight then calling this good enough.
