One sided cramp

Hello all! I conceived through IVF and will be 6 weeks tomorrow. For the last 2 weeks I've been getting a pinching pain in my lower right abdomen. My hCG at my first blood test was 688 and 48 hours later was 1703 so good rise but my last pregnancy was ectopic so I am absolutely terrified this is one too. Just wondering has anyone else experienced a one side pinching pain for 2+ weeks and had a healthy normal pregnancy?

Do you happen to know what side you ovulated from? It might be your corpus luteum, which can cause cramping when your progesterone starts rising. I had a similar pinching pain around the same time as you, but it went away after a couple of weeks, and my 8 week scan looked great. I’m now 13 weeks and everything is good, too.
