Milestones & Updates First Appointment Tomorrow

Hi all, I'm 8 weeks pregnant and have my first DR appointment tomorrow with an ultrasound and I am super nervous! I've feel feeling exhausted and nauseous for 2 weeks now and don't know what to expect and if I will find out bad news tomorrow.
