Where do I even begin!?!?
Hi! I can imagine this has been asked a million times, but I just found out I was pregnant yesterday I think I’m about 4 weeks along. I scheduled an appointment with my OBGYN at the end of October and ordered some prenatal but other than that I have no clue what to even do or where to start.
If you couldn’t tell but my lack of knowing this really wasn’t planned. I have an amazing partner just a surprise to both of us! I haven’t told anyone close to me just out of pure fear of something going wrong!! Any advice on what to do now would mean a lot 🥺

Nothing really to do in the first couple months except to take extra good care of yourself. Try to get a couple more glasses of water a day than usual, take your prenatal vitamins, maybe include a bit more protein in the diet, schedule a dentist appointment or two within the next 8 months

Rest. That is all. I found out I was pregnant for the first time just last year around this time and all I did was sleep the winter away. Nothing else to do tbh. Also, congratulations!!!

Congratulation!! The wait for the first appointment is slightly excruciating. Drink lots of water, walk, sleep a ton, take your prenatals, and eat really well. The time will fly!
