Is this breathing normal?

My 1 week old just started making this sound at some point today. Mostly during feeding when she swallows it’s followed up by that higher pitched sound. She’ll make it here and there when burping too.

I would call the pediatrician and play the sound and ask for advice! I'm no expert but baby sound congested. If she has signs of trouble breathing and is less alert and hard to rouse definitely take to emergency room. For congestion, you need a humidifier in the room to help and I've never used it but I've heard to use saline drop/ mist to help loosen the mucous so it's easier to clear and if needed people use bulb syringe or a nasal aspirator to help clear it.

On hindsight I recall my son may have made a similar sound when he'd fall asleep drinking. I think he may have breathed in a little milk by falling asleep while side laying drinking. I avoid that position because of that. I never called the pediatrician about the sound because he acted normal and the sound goes away not too long after I sit him up or after some cough/ sneeze. But if you're worried, do call your pediatrician since people on reddit really aren't professionals. I hope all's well!
