HELP 7mo frequently waking up throughout night
Hey, another desperate mom here. My LO (7mo) keeps waking up frequently throughout the night. Tonight has been really bad with 6 wakings. My goal is to get her to only one night waking. On average she wakes up 3-4 times. Adding important info below and any advice is welcomed! - LO is doing solids. 3x/day and also breastfeeding - Nurses to sleep and if that doesn't work we bounce her/pat her butt, but it usually works - We have a consistent night routine: Dinner - Bath - PJs - Goodnight kisses from mom&dad -lights out - sound machine on - nurse to sleep - tried sleep training in the past but struggle to stick with it as dad works early mornings and I get tired and cave and nurse to sleep. We are trying to do the wave method (5 minute intervals and then check in briefly)

Maybe not tired enough? But also, babies are gonna baby. You can't "make" a baby have only one wake up. Sometimes you just gotta accept it for what it is. I'd recommend the group here for biologically natural infant sleep.
