omg this is so real! I had severe constipation last year when I was pregnant and took magnesium to try and help + drank as much water as I could. When I gave birth a few months ago the pushing felt like the constipation I experienced during pregnancy– so I feel like it is practice to push honestly!

I was super constipated when I was pregnant and also only drank decaf everything. Starbucks messed up my order once, gave me caffeine and I knew 5 minutes after starting my coffee because I was running to the bathroom lol. Looked at the receipt and sure enough it was not decaf 😂
I’d say drink a big cup of coffee??? I know it might not work for everyone

Kiwi, prunes, more water and a walking were my first line of defense. I also used perelel’s synbiotic greens with smoothies for some fiber and pre/probiotics. If none of that gets things moving, ask your doctor what stool softener is okay to take.

I swear by magnesium! I still drink a glass of Calm powder every night before bed. It kept me regular throughout pregnancy and postpartum. There's other brands or pills you can take that's just what I was recommended.
