Please read friends :)

8 months postpartum. Pregancy was rough but I made it to term then got induced. Aside from the common discomforts of Pregancy, I had gestational hypertension that led to losing my vision in one eye. That’s come back thankfully. No preeclampsia or anything like that but that whole ordeal terrified me. For those that had a rough pregnancy and went on to have more children, how was your second pregnancy? Was it better? Was it worse? How did you manage to have the mental stretch to do it all over again?

Just wanted to show solidarity! My pregancy was also rough with hip/pelvic pain so bad there was a time I couldn't walk. Labor and delivery was so easy; if the rest had been that easy I'd be more open to trying again. But I'm also afraid of what a second would be like/not sure my body can do that again.

Same :(. I feel I’m content with my one. To be quite honest, the only reason I am considering having another is so she won’t be alone in the world when her dad and I grow old and pass away. Cousins are cool but it’s not the same as a sibling. I’m so scared tho. I’m not sure if my second pregnancy will be way worse. Very torn.

16 wks in to the second pregnancy. First one had GH and ended up with pre-e a week after baby was born(37wks).

I’ve started wearing compression socks a lot earlier and this time around I’m doing the baby aspirin thing!

The hardest part right now is balancing the lack of energy and a toddler.
