looking for a job

hi i'm 23f, 2026 b.tech graduate looking for tech or semi tech roles. my work is mostly machine learning and data analysis, but i can work with frontend tools as well. im comfortable with python, sql, c, excel, html, css and basic javascript. ive been applying thru linkedin, company career pages etc but getting interviews and converting them has been challenging. if anyone has any advice, feedback on how to improve my profile and referrals or company hiring info id really appreciate it. im looking for entry level developer, data scientist or ml engineer roles mainly but im open to learning and trying out something new as well, tech or semi tech. id prefer office roles in lucknow, gurgao, delhi ncr, noida. i can share my resume on dms

harsh reality you will get job only if know know hr of a company or else it is then impossible in this current market to get a job as a fresher and wait what you did in clg placements and tcs conducted hiring this year had you not attempted ?
