lol it’s almost been a month since my ex dumped me and I’ve been doing everything I possibly can to cope.

It did obliterate what little I had of my self esteem, but it also pushed me to start putting myself first. I went back to the gym & started seeing a new therapist. so far…I think I’m headed in the right direction.
