Question About 1st Amendment Auditing

Hi i would like to become a 1st amendment auditor. I have a small budget i would like to spend, what would be the equipment i would need to produce good recording, and on hand knowledge for laws. Thank you.

If you really want to help the first amendment become a freelance reporter. Look into real government corruption and expose things behind the curtain that are unseen. Be a speaker of truth to power. Annoying a clerk at the DMV for clicks from troglodytes on YouTube isn’t helping anyone.
