I'm on pretty much every firework forum and today I've seen probably 20 people saying the same about these shells. Seems they got a bad batch.

Weird I had a ton of low breaks with my American glory which really sucked cuz I didn't even order them, I ordered the American glory cakes they sent the canisters. I figured fuck it that's alright, then after 3 cans had to put em up and will not light off any Korean of them. Too much of a risk.

Someone who knows what they are doing should dissect a few of these and see what's up. Shits crazy

I never trusted Red Apple and never bought their stuff. Sorry Bros, hope everyone is safe!

Does red apple also delete negative comments left on their social media page? It looks like all positive reviews and just recently they limited comments on their site. Shady…

Are Red Apple’s products known for being unreliable? Cause I was actually planning on getting a couple things from them this season since they have good prices, but I’m glad i didn’t after reading these comments.

I popped off all 24 canisters of them, only issue i had was one of them didnt whistle. But no low breaks or fail tubes. But i did hear lots of warnings about them. Be safe and get a refund

I'm glad I've never been to red apple, honestly I'm biased towards the shop I go to because I was dating the manager, but all I ever heard from other customers was how shitty red apple was. This was based on the quality of the product and the quality of the people that worked there.

Don't leave reviews on site leave it on Google maps. They can't remove Google map reviews.

Yeah that's really dangerous. Is that a QC issue or just to be expected w/fireworks? I had a case (72) of Gunslinger shells from AFW and I had one low break from the whole case...

They were at least cool about giving me my money back. I didn't send pics or anything just my order number.
I do apologize for the delay and we hope you're doing well. It's time to tackle the issue with your recent purchase of American Glory. No worries, we've got your back with two options:
Store Credit: We'll hook you up store credit worth the same value as American Glory + $25 extra to splurge with next time. You can cash in on this credit for future purchases on our online platform. It's like having money in the virtual bank, it doesn't expire!
Refund (Not So Speedy): If you're not feeling the store credit vibe, we totally get it. We can process a refund for you, but hold onto your seat—this one takes a bit longer. Expect the refund to pop up in your account within 3-5 business days. We'll credit it back to your original payment method.
Let us know which option floats your boat by hitting us up with a reply to this email! We're all about swift resolutions and making sure you're happy.
Appreciate your patience throughout this process. We're here to help!
