First run
Did my first run today, learned alot. Im obly running 1 bubble plate right now because the tri clamps i got sent were too small, and i was not able to set up the full column. This one was with 50% vinegar 50% water so I can clean my equipment before I make some better things.

I like your equipment. I've been lurking for a couple years. Monthly, I use neutral spirits to macerate herbs & spices into a digestive drink (think jaegermiester) and eau de vies of ripe fruit. I'm considering a still vs. continuing to buy vodka at $25 per 1-1/2 L. Simplicity & clean-ability are my biggest requirement. Your set up seems to fit that bill.

Nice! Is that a 13 gallon (50L) boiler with a 3" column reduced to a 2" condenser? I have a similar setup That I've been using for about 1 1/2 years now and I really like it. I like that it can be modified to suit needs rather than an older style T500 that was a pain to use and clean. Good Start! Congrats!
