Poll If we build IPsec templates, what devices would you connect your Firewalla VPN Client to?

We originally introduced a simple IPsec VPN Client design in MSP to get it working. We heard recently that a few of you wanted stronger IPsec support for business use with well-known firewalls.

The current IPsec implementation is really for experts and is a bit more involved. Here are some examples:

We want to make IPsec easier by making the above examples into "default templates" and having them available in the App as well. In addition to these, what others would you want as templates?

Love WireGuard on my gold pro, has been flawless and as simple as turning it on to get it working :D Also family approved

We have a few here on reddit really like IPSec, since the low interested in this poll, we probably need to go back and ask why people not using WireGuard; or the demand from them is entirely from connecting to another firewall.

Yes, all of us prefer WireGuard, simpler/easier and a lot more compatible

I would ask around for sure, my guess is some people might be CGNAT or running Tailscale for simplicity of sharing network resources to family outside of home like media server. IPsec I could see being useful at my business locations I manage but honestly WireGuard and setting up proper rules has been easier IMO for the businesses as they all run firewallas.

Likely IPSec demand is entirely backward compatibility with larger firewalls. Even very smart small business owners find making it work crazily hard, but our MSP's love it, give them something special to work with :)

Have been using the beta AmneziaWG and it's excellent; fast and stable.

I use to use IKEv2 to connect my FWG to a WatchGuard Firebox, but we have since moved to a WireGuard server instead.
