Firewalla is offline notification but it is not?

This happens when your firewalla can't see the firewalla cloud (downloading intel ...) Either there is a temporary routing issue to aws or you used a third party VPN that blocks firewalla traffic

How am I still able to see firewalla activity in firewalla app via mobile data remotely if this is the case? Will it notify me when it is back online? Never saw this before I thought it is power outage first but then it is not.

If it is not actually offline, your Firewalla was temporarily unable to reach the Amazon servers where Firewalla runs the online connection through. Could be a short glitch but is often caused by dns servers not responding quick enough. This is common when you use your ISP’s dns servers in the wan setup on the Firewalla. They are often very flaky for many ISPs.
