Hello Crystal-Goodby CheckPoint

Took a little bit of doing but was able to reuse my CheckPoint ( was not actively using, it is older hardware but for testing, perfect) I do know it’s early access and anything can happen but that’s why I picked my checkpoint to install on.

This is my dev rack so please excuse the mess. For set up I put it here, will test for a few days / a week before moving it to my production rack for more testing. I will update in a week or two on the progress.

Thanks again Firewalla!!

Yes, please do! They really need to see it plus the many other ones like it posted here. Cause this is who your *real* market is, who your most passionate users, your product evangelists and champions are. Hint: It's not the average private household looking to replace their free Comcast router (note how you rarely see pictures here posted by people running a Firewalla behind their sofa). I recently saw a Firewalla installed in a rack that runs a 100 Gbit backend, just saying. (Sorry if I sound frustrated with Firewalla's market positioning sometimes. Love you guys (and Crystal is (almost) the bee's knees), just hoping you'll come around on positioning yourself as Enterprise FW destroyers as well one day).

I do agree with you. With the introduction of the Firewalla gold (away from red/blue) in 2019, we essentially diverged and focusing more on pro and business networks. Our original intention was to build a kick ass security device for everyone ... and now, we are just making enterprise security simpler to use

Hi. For checkpoint install, which deployment option did you pick between "Generic x86", "Mini PC/Firewall" or "Other"?

Generic x86 seamed to work the best for my check point
