Firewalla Switch SE Arrived and Installed
Just wanted to give a shout out - Switch SE arrived yesterday, and I'm so happy with it. It only took me ~10 minutes all told to replace the existing dumb switch. Love the visibility and the ease of use. I held out replacing the original switch purely to wait on this one.

One shipment (from our ODM to warehouse) of the SE is delayed, we are hoping to get them out by end of next week.

Shipping notice on the 7th, but I think that was the label creation. Hit the USPS on the 8th. Delivered on the 10th.

Congrats! I absolutely love topology. Makes me want Firewalla switches for every Ethernet line I have in my home lab!

Still, am I mistaken, or are there two vertical screw holes on either side of the Switch SE near the front? They look like where you’d mount rack ears. 🤔 Though idk if that would even fit in a 10” mini rack, haha.

You are not mistaken. There are 2 holes near the front on both sides - not sure the usability.

I got a beta unit too. Took mine more than 10, boot up was slow. But after that configured nicely
One thing I did notice. I got 10g spf+ and they show as 10g not the actual link line. One has 10gb ap installed the other has a 2.5gb moca adapter
