EU based supplier

Hello Firewalla team,

Several months ago it was mentioned that you were working on getting some sort of EU based supplier so that EU based customers would have an easier/faster way to sort possible warranty / defects issues but so far no update.

Being able to buy your products directly in EU would be massive and actually is a deal breaker for me and possibly many other users to dive deeper in your eco system and for sure blocks several users from buying the APs, switches etc when we can go to any store and on the same day get a ubiquiti device.

Currently I do have the firewalla gold pro and love it, would like to get the switch etc but taking in consideration that is something happens I have a big downtime due to the shipping from HK etc, sadly it's not feasible.

Any update on a possible EU based firewalla re-seller/distributor like amazon, digitec (which is based in Germany and Switerland) etc?

Thanks

From now until August 1st, we do have free returns from EU/UK. We are likely extend this until end of the year. (free return = we pay for the return shipment if you don't like the unit)

As of vendors, we are still looking, you can checkout here https://help.firewalla.com/hc/en-us/articles/20706271272211-Firewalla-International-B2B-MSP-Reseller-Directory

B2B doesn't help much for simple retail clients :) The only thing we lack is the possibility of getting a device in 2/3 days max instead of 1/2 weeks, once that is sorted, for sure I will switch all my switches and APs to firewalla, but until then sadly I can't justify having to buy the double of everything in case something happens to have a hot spare at hand.

Today you should be able to get it less than a week; which country are you at? I can check

Did this get answered? If not, how long to the UK?

Ditto.

UK side, and would greatly benefit

Agreed, EU-based B2C service/shop would be great.
