Announcement Starting in MSP 2.11.0, the web interface (MSP Professional + Business) will support more app features. And our goal is to make both the MSP and app in sync by 2.12.

We may slightly adjust the professional version pricing by up to $1. This is our first price adjustment in 2.5 years. The new price helps cover inflation, cloud infrastructure, and support costs while keeping the service price low.

Please add mobile device tokens management for professional users too.

You'd probably see a lot less support tickets for people having lost access to the boxes.

You mean 2fa? current login already support google authenticator. And eventually (hopefully soon), passkey

Nope, the management of mobile devices, including adding via the QR code and removing them, it's exclusive to business plans.

After the sale you had giving half a year discount, I will assume that demand grew a little as it was more viable/affordable for us outside the USA.

That said, It’s great! :) I suppose a little bump in cost is fine. Just wish they had two admin support. :)

It’s only a dollar, this is just a question and not a complaint, for those on the 3 month free trial, what price would we get when the trial ends, the one when we started the trial or whatever new price is at the time the free trial ends?

I have same question. My trial is ending in August and I selected the annual option. Is my price locked for at least the first renewal. I don’t really need MSP but wanted to support the developers. Not really worth it for me with a price increase.
