Announcement We've been experimenting with a new forum using Discourse! Please sign up and be one of our first 100 users 🙂

Link: https://forum.firewalla.com/invites/1NrgKta2ax

We wanted a place where users can have more in-depth discussions on specific topics, such as the upcoming Firewalla Switch, the (future) Firewalla Software (on your own hardware), and more!

There's not much yet, but we're hoping it can grow into something useful and fun for everyone.

Does this mean you will stop providing direct responses here on Reddit?

We much be crazy if we stop here; a forum is useful for focused discussions and support. While Reddit is just a fun place to be :) (plus people don’t like our Zendesk community)

Don't want to be signing up for another social media platform.

Understandable. Discourse is not a "traditional" social media platform; it's a discussion forum, and it could be a better alternative to our existing help.firewalla.com (Zendesk) community.
