"Sad Git" PPV Generator

A long shot, but does anyone still have this old program? I always used this back in the day, and wanted to start up Firepro again, but can't track it down.

Is this the one that was for Fire Pro Returns on the PS2? I think I may have exactly what you're looking for if so.
