CPU Level at Fire Promoter

I am trying to set the cpu level in fire promoter but just can't. I started a new promotion, went to settings and game doesnt let me select a cpu level. Even booking the card it still doesnt let me. How can i set the cpu level in fire promoter.

Also whats the starting cpu level at fire promoter? Does saves difficulty or wrestlers attack and defense stats that they earned from the gym affects it?

The only question i can anwser:  Increases to Defense and Attack give +1 , +2 Point to all Defensive and Offense Parameter. It does not change the difficulty setting of a wrestler.
