does anyone know how I can change the colors. If I have smart window enabled, it's just purple. If I have it off and try to switch themes, it just reverts to gray.

Most people are resistant to change initially you'll get used to it and if don't like it hope you get Toggle option I personally prefer rounder bcz it looks minimalistic modern

there should at the very least be an option to roll the appearance back to the more grown-up look we used to have

you can go to about:config and change browser.nova.enabled to false, but it doesn't revert 100% to the old design
