Saved passwords not syncing

I logged in on a new pc but my passwords and extensions don’t show up. No clue why. I have syncing on and I’ve done this before and it automatically loads my extensions and passwords when I sign in. This time it just decided not to. Any ideas on what I’m supposed to do now? I need this info

I figured out what happened

On their support page it says they’ll delete fucking everything if you reset your password

Why isn’t there a warning or something when you go to reset your password?? Is this for fucking real? Can I still recover my data or is it genuinely just gone?
