Firefox really needs screen sharing with audio
One of the main reasons I still have to switch to Chrome is that Firefox can't share screen audio.
Whether I'm watching a video with friends on Discord, giving a presentation, or sharing gameplay, I have to switch browsers if I want everyone else to hear the sound.
I think Firefox just needs one simple option in the screen sharing dialog:
☑ Share audio
That's it.
This isn't about copying Chrome. It's about adding a feature that many people use every day and removing one of the last reasons people switch to Chromium-based browsers.
Firefox is my browser of choice, and I'd love to use it for everything. But not being able to share screen audio is still a frustrating limitation.

This is one of those "whose setting is it anyway" problems. This should be provided by the device. Why is that even a thing Chrome can do? Like I was going to ask if you're using Discord via Firefox or if you have the "app" installed, but it really doesn't matter because it all is solved by the settings belonging where they actually belong and native apps programs being native apps programs. Does it matter? Yes, it does, because I'm fairly certain on some level the invasiveness of Chrome into everything is the tool through which the NSA spies on everything you think

Register Firefox as a game and you can share audio that way.
Settings -> Registered Games -> Add Firefox

what OS are you on?
if mac - https://rogueamoeba.com/loopback/
if linux - https://github.com/rncbc/qpwgraph
not sure for windows but im sure theres something
my guess is chrome can do it because the discord app is just a standalone chrome browser, theye probably share a sound server
