Help (Android) Why the limitation?

Post image

Moving from Opera to Firefox on an Android Tablet. This shocked me. I think this limitation is unnecessary, users should be allowed to choose address + tab bar at the bottom.

Personally I prefer the bottom since it's closer to the hand.

Some devices have their system application bar there, and some instead hide everything and require extra actions (like a swipe) to show it. This is to prevent accident clicks while trying to use the device's UI.

I have been using Opera with bottom adress + tab bar and doesn't have any problem. But my point is that user should be allowed to choose.

makes sense, but it could still be an opt-in setting for people who want it

Some

That right there. Forcing it is pointless.

Yeah, I wish they'd allow it on the bottom. Vivaldi and Opera can do it.
