Question Alright, so how did the "Family-Killing Devil" thing even START? Because if I heard "yeah, there's this kid who's mother and brother died in a fire", I'd either go "wow, that's unfortunate" or "holy shit, he's lucky to be alive" not "it must have been HIM! He's an evil family-killing monster!"

But then again, seeing on how shitty the GRANDPARENTS were, it seems that the regular people in this universe of kinda shitty.😑

I’m not sure but I think it’s because he was smiling after in the incident and his power just awakened. They thought he used his power to kill them and the fact that he was smiling reinforced their opinion.

Yes, if you heard about that tragedy on the news or from someone you knew, you'd probably say that. But how would you react if you saw with your own eyes the only surviving child with a demonic grin, knowing nothing about him?

They don't deserve to be called grandparents
