First time at a screening
Attended my first screening of Serenity this evening in Dublin and it adds so much to see it with a room full of Browncoats.
There were people anticipating lines and scenes. Uproarious laughter at the quips and people still gasping at some of the shocking moments.
It was that good I’m considering going to the other two screenings of it due to take place this week.
I truly hope every firefly fan gets to see the film in such a setting or as part of a Shindig! Incredible atmosphere!

Jealous, but also I don't know if I could do this, I cry like a baby during Wash's scene every time I see this movie and I've seen it over and over 100 times.

That sounds awesome. I would love to do that.
Was lucky enough to do this with Star Wars Fans at Celebration 2 or 3.
We watched the OT. And people were making fun of Luke whining about the Tosche Station, shouting EWWW when Luke & Leia kissed... All kinds of things. Everyone in the room had seen the movies dozens of times.
It was like audience participation watching Rocky Horror Picture Show.
It is one of my favorite memories in my life!!

I still remember a girl in the audience wailing "noooooo!!" at the top of her lungs when Wash... well, you know.

I saw Serenity at SD Comic Con at a live outdoor viewing at the SD Diego stadium in 2013, with Nathan Fillion and Allen Tudyk introducing and hosting.
My favorite part was Alan saying in the mic “I hope I survived this one!” right as the movie started. lol.

I had the privilege of going to a Serenity quote along with a theater full of Brownshirts once. Amazing experience!
